Phone calls, text and webchats
Calling a helpline, chatting online, or arranging a phone call with a health professional can be really helpful. And don’t worry, if you’re nervous about talking to someone on the phone, webchat might be a more comfortable first step for you. Lifeline, Kids Helpline, headspace, Beyond Blue and ReachOut are trusted services that offer support via telephone, text and webchat.
